Since the early days of colonisation, Australia and Tasmania have been plagued by the destruction that these pests cause. Originally 13 European rabbits were sent the new colony and they have adapted amazingly well to their adopted habitat.

Elite Rabbit Burrow




The European rabbit is renown for several things. Breeding, eating crops and digging burrows. This one must be a very “high end” rabbit to have “upstairs” and “downstairs”. It will make a very large hole when the top level collapses. They are not renowned for their engineering skills.
